The big news in the skies today is that Uranus goes retrograde – meaning, it appears to be moving backward in its orbit and will be doing so until January 18, 2022.

This is an opportunity to dedicate yourself to a reflective practice for the next 5 months that focuses on the following:

– Your unique genius

– Your relationship to the future – your personal future, our collective future

– How you use technology – and how you wish to use technology to connect with the greater good

– Your relationship to disruption and rebellion, and how the two are the same and different for you

– Messages you’re receiving in your dreams, meditations and prayers

Schedule some time each week to reflect on these Uranian themes. Light a candle and otherwise set your space to further invite the energies that this powerful planet has to share.

Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, Pluto and Chiron are all in retrograde as well. This is a common annual occurrence that offers us a chance to review and refine the energies of each. If Uranus themes don’t speak to. you right now, pick a planet and I’ll send other areas of focus (“focus” is the key word when we have so many options to choose from!) 

Tune in and assess what’s most relevant to you – expansion and growth? Boundaries and responsibility? Dreams and uncertain paths? Utter transformation? Deep healing of old wounds?
