This 7 week BootCamp includes 7 weekly hourlong team coaching sessions, 6 weekly videos with Shirzad Chamine, and access for one year to your own PQ app. Together, we take a Mental Fitness deep dive and face persistent sabotaging behaviors with the skill and clarity of your wisest Self! Based on the book, Positive Intelligence, by Shirzad Chamine, a mental fitness practice mitigates – and even reverses – the negativity bias that we all have and leads us on the direct path to our innate sage powers.
